Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. All we ask is that returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product. Refunds will be issued once we receive and verify products are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.
Steps:
- Please email sales@onesiemania.com to initiate a return. If the issue is our fault we will send you a return label.
- You may use any shipping method you like as long a tracking number can be provided.
- Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
- Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from!
